Purchasing FAQ
Yes. Your lamp purchase includes the Microsun bulb and (2) LED bulbs. You have options of our standard Microsun Reading Bulb Set, or the new Craft Bulb Set with higher intensity LEDs and an even higher output. Simple Smart Bulbs which remotely control power and the light levels of LEDs, also available.
We ship all Microsun lamps, including floor lamps, fully assembled and ready to plug in and turn on. We ship your bulbs and lampshade in a separate robust box. Slight assembly required for some LED lamps.
Yes. The majority of our customers prefer the least possible assembly while protecting the lamps for transport to home delivery. We also do not build our shipping cost into the price of your lamp; nor do we pass on the entire shipping cost to the customer.
We do substitute lampshades upon request, often with no additional charge. If you see a lampshade that you prefer, please ask about available options.
Other than the light bulbs, our lamps are guaranteed for three years under normal use and conditions. Manufacturer is not responsible for damage caused by misuse or abuse by the customer.
There is a 30 day trial period on all lamps. You may return the lamp for a full refund of the purchase price, with prior authorization, for a period of 30 days, no questions asked. We make it easy for everyone to experience the light that rises.
